U.S. Senator Jim Webb (Virginia) will support the reform of the U.S. Criminal Justice System during the Criminal Justice Section’s Annual Fall Institute on October 28 in Washington, DC. Senator Webb In 2009, introduced legislation that would create the first comprehensive national review of crime policy in 45 years. On behalf of the American Bar Association, Criminal Justice Section it is a pleasure to invite you to attend the Criminal Justice Section 2011 Fall Meeting: October 27 - October 28 in Washington, DC at the Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel.

The conference will feature separate tracks on SentencingReentry - White Collar Crime and presents the Second Annual Criminal Justice Educators Colloquium a full track of programs for academics cosponsored by the AALS.

On October 27th, we begin in the afternoon with two events and a reception. We offer the White Collar Crime (WCC) Town Hall Meeting to discuss the latest developments in WCC practice. This is a $75 ticketed event priced at $50 for those registering for the whole conference. Also that afternoon you may choose to participate in the Criminal Justice Legal Educators Round Table work-shopping event. The two events precede the ticketed reception at Art and Soul, The Liaison Hotel restaurant that features cuisine by Food Network Channel Chef Art Smith.

October 28th, Day Two features the four tracks of programming and a luncheon.
