Just a quick update on Jim Rowe's case: The Govt sent subpoenas to Jeremy Owen. They sent one to his home and one to his office but have not received any response. They have also called him to no avail. The CG's deposition order states that the depo must be completed no later than 15 September. Any thoughts? Also, did you contact Judge Hale and notify the court of your representation of Jim? Judge Hale wanted to see that after the arraignment.
Just let me know what you have in mind.
