I am attaching a courtesy copy of the subpoena and the judge's order that
will be delivered to you by the U.S. Marshal Service. This is for planning
purposes. Although the subpoena states January 6, I will not need you on that
day. That is merely the day that trial is supposed to start. You presence
will probably be required around the 11th for no more than two days. But
that is subject to modification. Feel free to contact me with questions. My
