This charge is bogus. They are basing it on my attempts to contact SSgt Baker
...after Col Green told me not to debrief Marines being interviewed with the
IG. I was trying to contact Baker to check up on him...I told the IG that.
Further I never got through so I never spoke to him, therefore it is
impossible for any debriefing to have occurred. Lastly, SSgt Baker had not
even been interviewed by the IG so he did not fall in that category to begin
with.
