RE: Motions Order

LT Ray,

The only issue I may have is arrival by 0900. I have an 0600 flight that gets in at 0730. As long as rush hour cooperates, we should be good to go. I will alert the Judge to this as well, but I wanted to give you that heads up for the CAPT & CMC.

Subject: Motions Order

Mr. Faraj/ LT Griffo,

CAPT Peterson and CMC Dodd have cleared their schedule Monday morning to testify during the motions hearing. However, they respectfully request the Motion to Dismiss for Selective and Vindictive Prosecution be heard first Monday morning so they can return to work as soon as possible.

Do you anticipate this being a problem?

V/r,
LT Ray
