Great, thank you. Do you mind sending me a finalized copy once you do  
file it? It would be helpful to get an idea of what changes you do  
make, so that I can work on any improvements (or if you have  
suggestions for improvement next time please let me know that, as  
well! I am grateful for any constructive feedback you might have).

Also, I looked through the 3D global materials and I do have quite a  
bit of material from you; at least enough to start with (I think) once  
you have a chance to send over an example of the paper you would like  
me to prepare for the mediation. I found the email you originally sent  
me with all the files. Would you like me to forward it to you so you  
know exactly which files I already have?

I made the argument for qualified witness a bit more general, but as I
mentioned in my other email, please let me know what the spelling of the
other witness' name is, and any documents you may have for me to add
additional information on him (if you find it necessary).

I also found one of Ibrahim's articles published online, on a Turkish
journal that I wasn't sure how to cite; I couldn't find more  
information on
the journal itself that would help me figure out how to cite it, so I  
cited
it as a website. Hopefully that is okay. He doesn't discuss the
disinformation campaigns very much but does mention it in passing when
describing the different tasks of the branches of the Iraqi Intelligence
Service.
