Mr. Faraj, attached is a cover letter and discovery regarding a witness who’s testimony I intend to proffer during the hearing next week. Also, I would like an opportunity after the hearing to meet with you and Mr. Hamama. I don’t intend to ask him any questions at the meeting, I simply want a chance to talk to him about the government’s plea offer and how we might be able to resolve the case. Perhaps we could do it immediately after the hearing or, if he is staying the night, sometime on Wednesday.
