I really cannot predict outcomes. Based on what I
remember, I believe you have a good case. I can’t predict anything
beyond that. The full amount start at $5500 and goes up depending on the
severity of the case. It’s a decision that only you can make.
These things are work intensive and in your case will have lots of documents
related to the medical records. We will make every effort to get you what
you want but I can’t promise more than that.

Gysgt Ronald Kirby. We spoke a few months ago about obtaining your services to
represent me in a BCNR to possibly get me reinstated on the roles of the Marine
Corps. I am currently working two jobs to make ends meet. In our last
conversation you said that I could pay a retainer fee of $1000 and as you

this. I know how much I have to gain if the BCNR goes in my favor and that is
