Right now not looking to after Northrop Grumman. I am still being employed by them however they have removed me off this contract. I don't think i have a leg to stand on. My employment with NG never stated a guarantee for overseas work.
The biggest thing we are looking for right now is a 3rd party to drop a anonyms IG complaint against LTC Ells CW5 Gugliotta and CW4 Davis the
Afghan MOI Air interdiction Unit ETT team. The basis for the complaint is the multitiude of indiscretions they have commited to include fabricating lies about the contract to propel a personal agenda, 2. Telling the contracors he is thier commander and telling them to perform combat operations outside of the PWS. He stated he wants to be the commander of a Mercenary aviation unit. 3. Not correcting the repetitive unprofessional and violent behavior of CW5 gugliotta which is causing contract pilots to leave the program. 4. Fabricating lies to remove the Northrop Grumman chief pilot. At the time of removal from flight status LTC Ells had nothing in writing to warrant removal. The contract office has been informed and appears powerless to affect any of LTC Ells and his teams behavior/. What would just this one action cost? Ernie

Have not heard from you. Basically the 5 meter target is to start an IG on LTC Ells or whatever means to get this guy relieved. I have allot of written supporting documents if you need them. I am not beyond getting the media involved either. Please let me know what the cost associated of this will be. Bottom line need this guy crushed, he has flat out lied!! I wish a polygraph was available for both of us to take.
#2 I am starting to look at how Northrop Grumman is dealing with me through this drama. As of right now they have pulled me off the program and it financially has an impact upon me. Sorry the email yesterday was sort of half -assed I was trying to write while on telecoms all day.
Please let me know your thoughts on how to proceed.
