firm

Neal and Faraj,

Thank you for the opportunity. I look forward to working with you.
Please let me know when you would like me to come in to get additional
information on the cases and work out all the other details of my
employment. As I mentioned on the phone, I am available tomorrow morning,
and have a very flexible schedule next week as well.

I am attaching two writing samples; Faraj, I know that you had wanted a
writing sample of 5 pages or less, so I am attaching one that is just a few
pages long. It was an informal memo re fraudulent transfer law (UFTA), and
the attorney asked me to turn it around as soon as possible, so it's not in
a traditional legal memo format. I am also attaching for your reference, a
part of a much longer memo I did on trademark/copyright law that I feel
better represents my writing style. I'll also attach my resume, so you have
it all together on one email.

Please let me know if there is anything additional you need from me. I look
forward to talking with you soon.

Thank you,

Carolynn Beck
