Mr. Gebelein,
You question concerns an Army policy which is governed by the Army Regulation creating the married couples program.  I am not aware of a legal entitlement to visit with your wife in theater.  This is an issue best handled by the personnel/admin soldiers in your unit.  They should be able to answer your question.  But it's always best to use your chain of command.  Ask you company first sergeant about it and if he doesn't have the answer, he should put you in touch with those who do.
