We have an interest in a sublease from ASTD for a carve out of
their 3rd floor offices. We discussed some of the particulars with
Megan but she asked us to work through you. She said she'd take the
proposal to her decision makers. We need to know as soon as
possible whether they're willing to do this or we're going to have
to go to downtown DC, where there is a huge selection of office
space; unless you have somewhere else near a Metro station in
Alexandria that is suitable.
