Eric,
Appreciate the update today.  Just wanted to let you know that there is no additional information we have to provide.  He simply has no knowledge of any illegal activities on the part of SSgt Ingram or Sgt Carter.  You know from S/A Johnson that SSgt Zaletta was extremely cooperative and helpful in identifying weapons and parts seized from SSgt Ingram when he was asked to do so by his boss.  He worked tirelessly and for many hours assisting NCIS in their investigation.  I hope that will be taken into consideration when you recommend that the evidence you have of but a single offense of false official statement be handled at the battalion level.  After his case is resolved at the battalion, he is also willing to sit down with you as you prepare to prosecute SSgt Ingram and Sgt Carter, and absolutely willing to testify in either of those trials, provided he is in receipt of a grant of testimonial immunity from the GCMCA.
Semper fi,
