Re: Board vacancies this year?

Thanks, Dolly!  Have Marcus or Charley or Scott indicated they no longer wish to serve after their terms expire?

Hi Neal,

Yes I know what you mean, it's been a crazy week here too.  It looks to me like there will be 3 vacancies this year:  Marcus Brinks, Charley Allen & Scott Prince will be rotating off and Gary Bowman can re-up for a 2nd term, if he would like.

You will need to pick a nominating committee, and it has to include one person who is not on the board.  This usually is done in April, but as long as they send a slate around to be approved before the annual meeting, that would be fine.

They need to come up with some folks who would be interested in working on the board.  We need people who want to get involved and do stuff, like plan Seminars and update the website and come to the luncheon at the Annual meeting....you know what to ask for:-)  I'm sure you can find some great people!

Thanks for checking in.  TTYL

Subject: Board vacancies this year?

Dolly,
Do we have board positions we need to fill this year?  Any terms expiring?  Do we need to pick new officers in June?
Sorry for dumb questions.  Expanding my firm right now and have been way to distracted.
Hope you're having a fun week,
Neal
