Dear SHRM Member:

With the holidays upon us, there is no better time to express gratitude and to thank you for being a member and a partner of SHRM.
 
Together we are reimagining the workplace and addressing the challenges that affect organizations worldwide.  And in today's complex, interdependent and ever-changing business world, there is no more important undertaking.

I take great satisfaction and pride in what we have accomplished for and with you this year.  SHRM continues to play a leading role in advancing our profession.  A major step forward was the selection of SHRM by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to lead the development of standards for the HR profession in the United States and globally. 

All of us at SHRM look forward to continuing our work with you and helping you grow in your careers in the coming year.
