Fw: Sentencing of SSgt Wuterich, USMC

Forwarded. I don't understand an estimate
of possibly, "no longer that one day", unless
the Judge will try to attempt to justify the
government's and the Marine Corps' action
for the past six years. If they are zeroing
in on the statement of "Shoot and ask questions
Later", as "Dereliction of Duty", they're barking
up the wrong tree. Obviously, none involved, have
ever been there or done that, as the saying goes.

Hi! The Judge will start the sentencing case tomorrow (Tuesday, 24Jan12) at 0830. I believe it will only take one day! Marcy
