I have your LLC minute book as well as all the minute bo= ok and documentation for the Corporate entity we formed but never fleshed o= ut. Obviously, I have all the files, contracts, agreements, research,= etc. that I put together. I’d like to talk about how to settle= up on those matters. When we started everything a few months ago, I = know you wanted me to track my time and to keep things arms-length and obje= ctive, but things didn’t exactly play out as expected. I know I= ’ve been putting off the conversation, but I figure we should go ahea= d and address it.

I don’t know what else you have in the wor= ks with Davis (other than a data feed contract running through September).&= nbsp; Don’t know if there is any value to leverage out of that while = you still have the rights.
