I think at this point, you need to put together the three important pieces for the next step: a one page overview, an investor presentation and then a full business plan. On any investment raise, the first two will be needed fast and then, very shortly thereafter. So firming this stuff up will become front and center. We are going over perhaps four potential term sheets this meeting and I have to get stuff in place on Unveillance to hold the attention of the group.
