Here’s a few more things:

We need to setup two email = addresses:

The first email needs to be added to the website to = contact for a demo. That’s part 1. It can alias the collective = team if you wish.

The second email we will use for the opportunity registration form submission that I create. Registration will not = be accepted on Fortune 100 companies, ISPs, or Telecomm companies without a significantly compelling reason and your express approval (until we = define the criteria better.) We will eventually need to create a partner portal with = specific access and content, but we can wait on that for now. =

On an off-note, and this is not an absolute = necessity: How interesting would it be to include functionality on the website that reverse correlates the IP address of a site visitor to a domain = (hopefully a corporate/entity) and after submitting a valid email address and contact information, would display the number of “issues” detected = on that domain without giving any details. Definitely, not a must have, but = something to think about.

Related to the website, are you using Google = Analytics or something similar to track visitors to the website? Domain origin = of visitors can be a powerful sales tool to utilize when = cold-calling.

I also need the active opportunity/engagement list = so I can exclude them from my activities. I know you are busy, but the = faster I receive everything, the less often I’ll need to badger you with my = “neediness.”

Also, I’ll send you additional emails (lead = generation team I discussed with you) tomorrow that will require an NDA. It = will be much easier than having duplicity in NDAs with my LLC.

If there is a limit to individuals that can have = access to the collective CRM tool as well, I’ll need to know. = I’ve got some phenomenal people lined up to get me appointments while we build = out the channel.
