We would be eager to have you show the solution to whomever you think would have an interest. We can setup a login for you and give you some guidance on how to navigate. Let me know a good time to do this. I have our legal advisor helping me develop our business proposition and should have something to you in the next week or so. We are at a critical point to raise money and I would very much like to hear your input on this issue. Hope to speak to you soon. Davis is reluctant to sign an exclusivity deal with Rouland in that it will obviously limit his growth and sales capability. It seems what he needs the most right now is bridge capital to carry him until late November when most of his government business will come to fruition. He claims they will have cash flow at that point and not require any further financial help. The bridge money appears to be in the range of $50K in order to carry them to cash flow. This would allow Davis to remain a free agent and avoid the exclusivity restraints that Endgame Systems is trying to impose. This could also lock us into a solid formal agreement with a major data provider among other advantageous provisions. I currently don't have the financial capability to cover that potential opportunity and would like to discuss some ideas with you. As discussed during our lunch, getting the PR element started is key along with a variety of other marketing initiatives to actually bootstrap some sales. What would be a good time to give you a call? Thanks again Owen and speak to you soon.
