Dear Haytham,

We invite you to attend the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section International Law Committee's CLE program on Nov. 15-16, 2010 in Seoul, South Korea. This program is a great opportunity to participate first hand in understanding how to plan for and manage cutting edge litigation involving Korean companies. Hosted by Chung-Ang University School of Law, and held in conjunction with the American Board of Trial Advocates Masters in Trial seminar, it will feature 26 distinguished faculty members from the United States and South Korea bringing their expertise in the areas of service of process and jurisdiction, intellectual property, labor and employment, product liability recalls, regulations and litigation, civil procedure and discovery, mass torts, MDLs and class actions, ethics, risk management, and best practices for managing litigation in the United States for Korean companies.

Attendance and registration will be free of charge unless CLE credits are requested. You will benefit from attending this seminar if you face potential litigation in the United States or if you would like to better understand the United States civil litigation system. Program attendees will include in house legal professionals, risk managers, business leaders, governmental regulators, private practitioners, academics and insurers.

You can Register online or download the registration form in the brochure and mail, or fax to 312.988.6230 by November 5, 2010. All registration reservations must be accompanied by credit card, check, money order, or purchase order. The cost for this program is $200 to obtain CLE credit. If you are not seeking CLE credit, the program is FREE.
