Based upon the book, Rules of the Road: A Plaintiff Lawyer’s Guide to Proving Liability by Rick Friedman and Patrick Malone, this college will help you translate theory into action through four workshops and five demonstrations. You will work side-by-side with the faulty of experienced trial lawyers to learn how to use the “Rules of the Road” in presenting different stages of a complex case to a jury. This program’s four workshops (Depositions, Voir Dire, Opening, and Closing) are critical to your success and will help you create rules for your case. You will participate in small groups, working with faculty members and brainstorming with colleagues to develop your “Rules of the Road” techniques. Your individual presentations are recorded—along with critical feedback from the faculty—for you to take home for future reference. The five comprehensive demonstrations ensure you are well-prepared for your workshops. When you leave Denver, you will have a thorough understanding of how to apply the “Rules of the Road” to any type of case. RESERVE YOUR SPACE TODAY!
