FW: Invention wanting to sell!

Hi Haytham,

How are you doing? Long time no see? Haik li byokhtob J ? Anyways we miss you and hope to see you soon.

Please read below and advice if it is safe to sign. This guy approached me with a patented invention and he wants to discuss it with me after I sign his disclosure agreement contract. I read it and I think it is fine, but I have only one comment. I donât see that it has a time termination. He kept it open.. Is that ok? Or should I modify his contract to update the termination close.

Thanks for your input.
