Subject: (Cynowa v. CSSS) Phone status scheduled for February 7, 2012

All:

Due to the Judge’s unavailability, the Court has advised us that it will not be hearing our argument with respect to our partial motion to dismiss as scheduled on February 7, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. Instead, the Court plans to conduct a phone status on that date.  We will follow-up with you with the results of the status hearing.  Have a great weekend.

Regards,

John E. Murray, Esq.
