I appreciate it your willingness to assits. I am certian it won't be necessary but it is entertaining to think about it. Btw, my basic schedule for the week is
Sunday evening - still planning to see you, let me know if your plans change or something comes up
Monday - open but your court day is boring (smile)
Tuesday - conference all day, dinner with employees in the evening
Weds - possibly open or conference, it will be more determined in a few days
Thurs - there is a govt meeting at my customer site at MCTSSA on Pendleton but I don't have the time yet. (I find it aggravating that people cant get the schedules squared away a week in advance. I will be addressing this..)
Friday - employee meeting in morning on Pendleton, fly out of San Diego at 545pm.

We may be terming a contract with a 1099 sub at MCTSSA in the not too distant future. So I couldn’t resist taking your name somewhat in vain. I told my contracts guy that if the sub gives us any grief I might have you go in and talk to him and convince him to leave quietly. (smile) Actually I think it will all work out fine, he knows he isn’t doing what he should be doing and he knows he is in the crosshairs. So it will really only be the culmination of what he expects. Just thought you would get a laugh out of me taking advantage of your many unique talents. Btw, glad to hear that things are working out well for Wuterich, good job. You may not like deals and I understand I would prefer a full acquittal as well. But still a pretty good outcome considering where it all started.
