RE: 3D Global v. MVM

Good afternoon, counsel. I'm sorry to bother you again, but the Judge
wanted me to find out from you if you would be available for your trial any
two weeks in July or in September. We are trying to find the time to
reschedule a long criminal trial.

As I said last week, we are not moving anything at this time; the Judge
just wondered about your availability.

Thanks a million.

Candice

Candice,

Haytham and I spoke on Saturday. Regretfully neither of us has a week

available in the months of March or April to try the 3D v. MVM matter.

Both of our schedules have trial matters already calendared for some
time.

Please call me if there is any other information that the Judge needs
from

us.

I emailed Haytham and we have scheduled a telephone conference for
Saturday.

One or both of us will get back to you early next week.

Good morning, counsel. Judge Kessler asked me to e-mail you this
morning
regarding your upcoming trial. First, she would like you to confer with
each other before you respond to my e-mail. What she would like to know
is
whether it would be possible that you would be ready to go to trial in
March or April, which would be an earlier date. She wants you to know
that
she is not, at this time, moving the trial, but is waiting to hear from
you
both as to whether you would be able to do so.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you so
much, counsel.
