I spoke with James Dignan. He said that the investigators are done with the investigation. He anticipates sending us a letter with an attachment detailing the mitigated amounts for each vehicle in the next week to two weeks - it's taking this long because of the large number of vehicles. He did confirm that they are aware that Sallaum now owns all the vehicles that were from A Plus E. He said the letter would be directed to our law firm. I am going to put a tickler on my calendar for January 27, which is 2 weeks from tomorrow to follow up if we still don't have a letter by then.
