Re: Outstanding invoice

Title: Outstanding invoice
Hey, Jim,
Tough week this past week with another 2 or 3 in front of us.  I have asked Maj Marshall to get this accomplished for you.  Not sure the mechanism or how long it will take because we were never involved in the prior contracting arrangements and I simply don't know the process.  Hope to get answers for you soon.
Have a great weekend.

Hi Neal,

I hope trial prep is going well.  Just a note to let you know we need to send you an invoice for outstanding work back to 2009.  We have been unable to invoice you before because our original contract expired and despite numerous efforts, could not get anyone at your firm to submit the paperwork to renew it.

Should we send it to you by email, regular mail, or ??? To VA or CA?

Let me know.
