Well, 2012 has finally arrived!  The financial data is encouraging-- home sales 
are up, car sales are increasing, jobless rates are decreasing and in some cases,
stores have seen some significant business increases during the past holiday season!
 This is wonderful news!  Many of our clients have experienced some terrific sales
increase during the recently completed holiday season.
Now is the time to review your business plan for 2012 and make the necessary adjustments

Advertising Really Works!
One of our clients has just completed a major sale due to the retirement of the 
owner.  Ads were posted all over town, in the paper, on radio and TV, billboards
 in the local community as well as having individuals stand on the street corner
 with signs.  The business owner told me that at one of his locations, sales increased
significantly.  Sales at all locations increased, however, one location was much
 more prominent than the others.
The reason sales increased at the one location-- the firm increased advertising 
in the part of town that the store was located.  The owner was surprised at the 
increase.  The business owner told me that he has already begun to design his marketing
budget for 2012 with this new marketing concept in mind.

The Oil Patch-- Synergy Station

The extreme economic development in the Baaken region of Western North Dakota and
Eastern Montana is explosive!  No houses to rent, jobs galore with salaries approaching
and exceeding 6 figures are the norm.  What is also the norm is a significant increase
in the number of people, construction of roads, pipelines, oil wells, hotels, buildings,
etc. in a region of the cournty that for many years has been quite static.

Studies forecast that the Williston Basin may be the most explosive oil play in
