Eric,

Nothing in the Army Trial Judiciary rules sets forth a notice of appearance requirement for counsel. I’ve attached one I modified from the Navy Trial Judiciary.

Sir Neal - based on calendar Haytham's schedule looked best for tactics purposes so based on my discussion with Rebecca and Haytham we are switching and I am going to hold onto yours for template purposes.

Eric,

So I spoke with SFC Jenkins and he is on board for the representation at
$500.00 for pre-trial.

Attached please find the case file (part 1 of 4). I plan to travel to
FOB Salerno to conduct my own witness interviews - but at this time this
is all I have.

Also - can I have him call you from this office at 1300L (2230
Afghanistan)? I teach a class tonight and will not be available until
after 2200.
