Here's Jim Gripp's estimate on hours needed to complete work that goes in the request, I think. We'll talk this through when we're ready to go with the requests. See you Thurs night!

Thanks for the update. I think we still have some hours left over on the old contact (~80), which will, of course, not be enough to complete the job if we have to do extensive positioning of bodies, so you might want to request more hours in the new contract.

Jim,
Now we're looking at mid-Sept, but that's only if we lose the motion to dismiss this month. We think we have a significant likelihood of winning it, thus pushing the Wuterich case even further down the road.
Thanks for hanging in there with us. We're going to resubmit your info to the govt for a new contract.

Hi Neal,
I'll be preparing a couple of large patent tutorials for use in Sept and Oct which will occupy most of my time, but I can work around those for your case.
If good spirits means I just ENDED a 120-hour work week yesterday, then I'm ecstatic!
Warmest regards to you both.

Jim,
We're revving up for Wuterich again. Motion hearings the week of 22 March. We're tentatively planning a trial schedule. What is your availability after Sept of this year?
Hope this finds you in good health and spirits. Marcy sends her greetings.
V/r,
Neal
