Can you do a brutha a favor and take a look at this lease?  The edits are those made by the lawyer/broker representing me.  Not asking for a "Virginia" legal opinion, just want to make sure it looks standard/kosher to an expert like yourself.  The economic terms are not in issue.  Those have already been negotiated.
