| Partner, Probably good to do the consult, even though there's not a damn thing anyone can do about the ERB's that are happening in all the services to draw down the force. It sucks, but all it is is a "reverse selection board." They look at the NON competitive bottom-of-the barrel types and give them pink slips, WITH severance pay, of course. So long as the boards were properly constituted and conducted business fairly (and of course, they're secret), there is no case. N
