They're being assholes.  They should bring your parents for the entire trial.  There is no set policy/guarantee about that but it was our understanding, as well.  We can inquire as to why your folks aren't arriving at least by the 4th.

Can you inquire with Maj Gannon as to why his parents can't be there for the entire trial?

This wasn't the case previously when the trial was going to start, and they are my parents.
