You will have the JBM office and the trailer...wouldn't call it useless until you at least see it...the JBM office is always reserved for DC...

I just tried to call you but got v/m.
A trailer with no NMCI and no copier is useless. Using the Echo defense copier is not a feasible work around. Echo defense is over the hill from the trailer. So we would have to go elsewhere from where our files are to copy.
Can't we just use the JBM office altogether?
I know the prosecutors have NMCI, copiers and printers at their full disposal at their offices in 1160. We need at least as much as they have.
It makes no sense to use the trailers without these things. The trailers become just a file room over the hill.

We obviously won't be able to give you everything you ask for...not even close...but CWO Board will attempt it.
You will not have a copier in the trailer but can use Echo Defense's. Air cards are the best we can do. The office you will have in the JBM bldg will have NMCI.
Printer shouldn't be a problem.
Wireless no one has...
I know it is Christmas and it does't hurt to ask...

I received the below email from CWO4 Board.
The lack of NMCI and copiers is going to be a huge problem.
Also, air cards are not a good work around because they are far too slow and inconsistent.
Where do I need to turn for resolution?
1. We need to have ready access to a copier in our trailer and some access in the courtroom.
2. We need a small laser printer in the courtroom that we can all plug into.
3. We will need a print capability in the trailer that we can all print to
4. Also, the civilian counsel have requested wireless internet in the courtroom. I know legal assistance used to have a wireless connection. Do they still and can we log into it?

Ma'am,
I wanted to let you know that the LSSS has some temp office space (nice trailer) that Defense can utilize during the trial. It is located in the 12 area (12049). There is phone but no NMCI at the moment. I have requested a couple air cards from our S6. I can also come up with a couple stand alone printers, but you would have to have the drivers installed on your computers before they would work. There are no computer assets, copier, or fax machines in the trailer.
If you are interested let me know and copy Maj Gannon and WO Cerveny since I will be on leave next week.
