Haytham – 2 topics 1. After my case is settled I could register a complaint with the VA bar and the ABA. What do you think? Is that effective? 2. Diana Nary my FSO (USMC veteran) with about 16 years experience in facility security can talk you through how to get your security clearance and stay straight with everything even though you have numerous foreign relatives. She said she has seen people without military experience who are of Pakistani or other ethnicities get clearances. It takes a while, and really is an issue of how you document everything. Let me know if you would like to talk to her, she understands the concerns and has a strong relationship with senior DSS (Defense Security Services) personnel. If you prefer to just drop it due to risk mitigation just let me know. But she did say it is doable and can be done cleanly with the right type of documentation which is not really clear to the average person filling out an SF86. Thanks - Lisa N.
