Haytham; When I got to see Mr. Soueid, he said that his new attorney had handled the POA and the tax document already. He was very personable and wished me a happy holiday. He said that his attorney sees him every afternoon and he thought that I was the new attorney at first. He seems very relaxed at this point, so maybe it was a good thing that he got a public defender. I will put the drafts in the file and I guess we can close out his matter. I am going to be the notary but I need two witnesses to do the POA for Mr. Soueid. I finally gotten this worked out for 1:30 today. Have you shown Mr. Soueid the document yet? If not, I will have to make sure he has a few minutes to review the POA. I am also getting him to sign the Taxpayer Request today. What do you want me to do with the documents once completed? Do you want them back? send them to his wife? Please advise so I can tell him what is going to happen. Thanks.
