RE: Court-Martial ICO Capt James Rowe

Sir,
On behalf of Mr. Faraj and Jim, thank you for coming out to testify on his behalf. I hope your return trip to Oki was uneventful.

Mr. Faraj,

I guess I'm not tracking on this exactly and need some clarification. Are you not planning on calling me before sentencing?

I'll be there tomorrow morning hanging around to discuss instead of sending a long diatribe via email.

Semper Fires,
Maj Ford

		Mr. Faraj,

Roger. I'll be there in the morning and you can send me away pending further instructions if you want. Are you saying I may not even be called at all? Or just pushed to Friday?

		Thanks,

				Mr. Faraj,

I was able to get everything shifted to the right by one day. I will be available Friday if required. I'll be at or near the courtroom at 0830 in the morning. I talked to MSgt Thomas today and tried to prep him for cross-examination using the line of logic that you were asking me today at the restaurant. I also told him what I thought you would probably be asking him to say on Jim's behalf.

No need to arrive before 1300. Youâre even safe coming at 1400. You may not testify at all tomorrow.

				Mr. Faraj,

I heard you had a late night tonight! I hope that is good for Jim's case. He also mentioned that you wouldn't need me until tomorrow afternoon now. If that is true, then I will plan on being at the LeJeune Bldg before 1300. Otherwise, if you will need me earlier, I will be on a 1 hour strip alert for lack of a better term. Basically I'll be here in the room knocking out FitReps and other admin duties I can accomplish while I'm here.

If you need me there in the morning, please shoot me a note. I'm getting ready to crash as this jet lag is kicking my butt. I'll get up early to see if I have anything from you that would indicate an earlier arrival requirement.

				Semper Fires,

				Maj Ford

No need to come today unless you want to. I don't recommend it however.
