I am writing to send an update on the status of CSSS.NET’s Request for Reconsideration.  First, I appreciate your patience throughout the reconsideration process.  The Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE) did receive additional documents concerning your request on November 3, 2011.  Your company’s request is still under review by CVE Examiners.  Once a review is complete you will receive a decision on your request from CVE through electronic mail.

You had said you would get back with me today with a decision regarding our certification as an SDVOSB.  I am getting a tremendous amount of pressure from our T4 Prime and them from the VA government source selection group to answer.  Can you give me that answer right now?
