Gentlemen,
Attached is the latest EO signed by the President on 13 Dec 2011 amending the MCM. The most significant amendments are the enacting of the Victim/Victim Advocate privilege and the creation of a specific Child Pornography offense under Article 134, UCMJ. Amendments become effective on 12 January 2012. We will get a blog post out on this by the end of the week.
