Haytham – You met one of my employees in 2010 at the Vets Conference, Rob Kepner, another marine that works for me out of California typically. You either prosecuted or defended a friend of his Nathan Phan. (He remembers you quite well.) He is currently in the VA area for meetings and is also a recovering alcoholic (he has given me permission to let you know this). I think your young Marine Rowe(sp?) who is trying to figure out how to stay away from alcohol would benefit by getting to know Rob. Rob is more than happy to talk with him and help. If he starts going to AA meetings it could potentially be helpful at sentencing? (I don’t know this is completely outside my area of expertise.)
