Well, doesn't seem like they have anything that wasn't already in Bargwell. My suspicion is that no one at the Times had read that report- or at least they haven't for some time.
The bigger revelation to me is that the raw documents where left in junk yard! Someone should lose a pay grade over that.
Truth is if there really was something in the transcripts they would have put in on page one. As it is written it seems to justify state of mind.
