I received a call from Judge Maras’s clerk this morning.  The hearing which had been scheduled for tomorrow needs to be rescheduled because the judge’s calendar is overbooked.  We will still appear before the judge tomorrow, but it will only be to pick a new date, which I expect to be after the holidays.  We will send you the new date tomorrow.

Kevin
