US v. Rowe Trial

Good evening Sir,

After our previous conversation I neglected to get a phone number or a better email address for you.

We spoke with the military judge in the Capt Rowe case this morning and we have a proposed course of action to present your testimony to the members.

First, we would like to contact you via telephone during the evening (eastern standard time) and record your testimony as a back up to present to the members in case we encounter any technological difficulties.

Then, on Wednesday morning (again, eastern standard time) we would like to contact you again via telephone and present your testimony directly to the members. Should this prove unworkable, we would present your previous recorded testimony.

As I understand it you are 9.5 hours ahead of us, so the morning for us is the afternoon for you.

Please inform me if this is a workable solution for you. I will answer my phone if I am in the office, but will be in court much of the day.

Very Respectfully,
Peter C. Combe II
