Re: Morale check

Frank,
Talked to your Mom and Dad on Friday.  They're all squared away, date-wise.  They're being brought out on the 4th, which is our housekeeping day in court with Judge Jones.  We start with the members on the 5th.
We'll coordinate between now and then, but getting together on the 2nd out at the beach makes good sense.

Neal,
I am doing great! I got my own office at work (moving up in the world), but I'm the only one in the unit that knows the specific job that I do, so I get no kind of break ever. They sent me a replacement, but the guy is never there! I've tried training him, but he always has an excuse for not being at work. Oh, well, I'm starting leave on Dec 12, so that will technically be my last day there. I need a little break from work before I jump into this trial! The kids are all doing well, and we have all settled into this place in Temecula nicely.

I received some conflicting information from my parents recently... they were told by the government that they are flying out here on the 4th, and that the trial doesn't start until the 9th... I had always thought it was a 4th start date, until my parents emailed me that.

Child care, I think will be covered... Marisol is going to take the kids for the most part during the trial. I am ready to get this case behind me as well!

I will be wearing the 'B' uniform for trial, correct? or is it still 'C'?

Anyway, I guess if the trial starts on the 4th, I will be ready to spend time on that Monday, the 2nd! Or did you want to get together on the 1st?

See you soon!

Frank,
Just checking in to see how you're doing.  Things are coming together for our trial beginning 4 Jan.  I'm arriving in town late on the 30th of this month.  Spending New Year's Eve with my son, Sean, in San Diego.  Then I'll be checking in to our "evil lair" at the beach in O'Side on 1 Jan in the afternoon.  This time we're just South of that complex where we were before on Strand (right on the beach road).  I can vector you in later.  We'll be spending some quality time together next month.  Bethany is getting orders to active duty for the case.  But don't think that means you can give her orders.  I don't.
I'm really excited about finally getting this 6-yr nightmare behind us.  Haytham is, too.  I know that child care is going to be challenging, but we probably should meet for a good chunk of time as soon after the 1st as possible.  Let us know how you're doing!
