this is ridiculous. a few weeks ago, Brian proposed a settlement and I advised him it sounded ok in principle and to have his attorney write it up and send it to you. Which obviously he did not do.
The attachment is full of errors and BS. It mentions 3DGS doing business in Texas; never have. Never had any intention of ever opening an office or if I hired Brian and leaving him in Texas. He was going to move and work from NY. I never received funds into my personal account, there is never any co-mingling of any corp / personal funds, to name a few. He is crazy.
can we chat later today or over the weekend and get this thing thrown out or actually write up the settlement so I can simple return his money (w/o expenses) and be done with it.
