AFDA's Online Education:
Health Care Fraud Prosecutions: Developments And Trends / Defense Strategies

The following online video seminar is being presented at no charge. All are welcome to attend.

Health Care Fraud Prosecutions: Developments And Trends / Defense Strategies

The program will include an online Question / Answer session by which attendees can speak directly to our speaker, as well as post written questions via a moderated chat room.

MCLE CREDIT:
1.5 Hours Pending for California. In order to minimize costs, AFDA will not apply directly to states for MCLE credit. A certificate of attendance will be posted to the online viewing screen for attendees to download.

PRESENTATIONAL FORMAT:

• Messrs. Dickerson and Schwartz will give a 40-minute presentation on investigative tactical measures; internal investigations in qui tam actions; and prosecution trends in health care fraud enforcement.
• Mr. Gluck will give a 20-minute presentation on new self-reporting requirements in health care fraud cases.
• The presentations will be followed by a moderated panel discussion and Q&A from attendees.

The
panelists will give their presentations from outlines displayed on a viewing
screen. The outlines will be made available to attendees to download as
a handout.

As a courtesy to the bar, attendance is free to all. To attend this webcast, follow these steps:
