Can you substitute someone else for me on the analysis and discussion of proposed MCR 7.210 ?
However, for the record - I completely agree with the Civil Procedure and Courts Committee's recommended opposition. It would be a huge burden and administrative nightmare for trial courts to maintain exhibits for any length of time. It only makes sense that the parties will preserve their own exhibits for an appeal.
