Michael, Although such interviews were discussed, I'm not sure that either of us individually agreed to be interviewed. I do know that the producer wanted to coordinate with us for access to family members. But specifics of whether either of us were to be interviewed had not been agreed upon, and I thought all of that was to be discussed later. I have had just the opposite experience, and have had a client featured on 60 Minutes. The double episode won a Peabody Award in 2007 and will be instrumental in winning his case next month. I teach an ethics course in managing the media in high profile cases to the benefit of your client, while coloring inside the lines ethically. Your organization may have superseding rules, though. But of course now that we're out of the case, we no longer have a dog in the fight (can you still use that metaphor after the Michael Vick case?). Let us know how we can assist. Neal Neal A. He advised me that you and/or Faraj had agreed to be interviewed for a new story on Soueid. Of course, I advised him that I could not do an interview. I don't enough about the case, and I cannot imagine that it would be a good idea in this case (or in almost any case based on my experience). I just wanted to check in with you on that issue. Thanks.
