Transitions

Debra,
As quickly as possible, and individual case circumstances permitting, I'd like for you to reclaim your clients' matters from Tamara.  It's not cost effective to be paying her for the work, and we really need to increase billable hours and revenue, as well.  I know it takes a while and some coordination to accomplish all that.  I'm sure you've already begun.
Also, just as a reminder, please call Ms. Ney about the way ahead for her case.  She and I agreed that she would hear from us by the 1st of December regarding whether you have all of the information she wants you to have and whether she wants you to make a counteroffer to NOAA.  So we need to be re-engaging her by phone not later than Wednesday.
Let me know what support you need from us here.  Mary Jo is underemployed right now, so feel free to have her review or prepare any documents you need.  She's really conscientious and gets things done pretty quickly.
Hope you all had a happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks,
Neal
